How do the price breaks work?
For items priced per piece, like flyers, postcards and NCR forms, just enter your quantity. The price per piece drops automatically when you reach the next break, and the table on each product shows every break. Items like business cards and calendars are sold in set quantities, so the price shown is for the whole quantity.
Do I upload my artwork when I order?
You can upload a file right on the product page, or check out first and send it later from our Send a File page or by email to orders@ultradigital.ca. Include your order number so we can match it up.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and PST are added at checkout.
Are there setup fees?
A few products have a one-time setup or artwork fee, and it's added to your cart automatically: car fresheners ($50), sticky notes ($50), tension fabric backdrops ($35) and self-inking stamps ($30 artwork setup). NCR black numbering is an optional $45 one-time fee.
Do prices include design?
No. Prices don't include design time. Tell us what you need in the notes and we'll quote the design for you. The Realtor Startup Package includes up to 60 minutes of design.
How long will my order take?
Standard business cards take 1 to 2 business days, and silk laminate and soft touch cards take 7 to 10 business days, after your artwork goes to production. Vinyl banner backdrops take 3 to 5 days; fabric backdrops take 10 to 12 days, with rush available. Car fresheners take 14 to 21 business days. For everything else, ask us and we'll confirm a date when you order.
Can I get it faster?
Often, yes. Call us at 604.533.5505 before you order and we'll tell you what's possible.
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDFs are best. We also accept AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG. Outline your fonts and add 1/8" bleed on anything that prints to the edge.
What resolution do my images need?
For print, images should be 300 dpi at the final size. For large signs, 150 dpi is usually enough.
I don't have a print-ready file. Can you help?
Yes. Our designers can clean up your logo or design your piece from scratch. Design time is quoted separately.
Why can't I buy channel letters or wraps online?
Those are built to fit your building or vehicle, so we quote them. Send a photo and rough sizes through the quote form and we'll come back with options.
Do you install?
Yes. We install signage, window graphics and wraps. Ask about installation when you request your quote.
Do you print custom sizes?
Yes. Most printed products and signs can be made to custom sizes. Request a quote and tell us the size you need.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can pick up from our shop at 20330 Logan Ave, Langley, BC during business hours. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
