  1. 1

    Send photos & sizes

A photo of the building or wall and rough measurements are enough to start.

    Site check & mock-up

We measure on site and show you a mock-up of the sign on your building.

  3. 3

    Permit & approval

Most exterior signs need a city sign permit and landlord sign-off. We prepare the drawings and help with the application.

  4. 4

    Build

Your sign is fabricated by our team in Langley.

  5. 5

    Install

Our crew installs it on your building.

Questions
Do I need a permit?

Usually, yes, for exterior illuminated signs, and your landlord or strata will want to approve the design too. We prepare the drawings and help you with the city application.

Raceway or flush mount?

Flush mounting looks cleaner but needs more penetrations through the wall. A raceway keeps the wiring in one box, which many landlords prefer. We will recommend what suits your building.

How long does it take?

It depends mostly on how long the permit takes in your city. We give you a schedule with your quote.
